Learn the ins and outs of Microsoft Office

Microsoft Office is the standard in word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software.  If you are a teacher or student, chances are that your school provides access to this software.  Even if you want to use it at home, it is probably available for far less than what you would spend at the store.

Over the years, more and more features have been added to this software, and many different versions have come out.  If you would like to master Microsoft Office, coaching can help.

Microsoft Office Coaching

I use this software almost every day, and I can teach you how to use it effectively.  There are lots of tips and tricks that can help you perform tasks quicker and more easily than you would expect.

Whether you are updating from an old version or just starting out, a bit of Microsoft Office coaching will benefit you greatly.

Here are some of the topics that I can help you learn.

Making Mailing Labels for Your Upcoming Wedding, Graduation, or Celebration

In this day of email and Facebook, the only types of personal snail-mail you might send out are wedding or party invitations. You can use online services, but who wants to give your friends’ and family’s info away? Let’s make a set of mailing labels that you can use for the big event and throughout the year.

We will use Microsoft Excel to make a searchable list of your addresses and Microsoft Word to produce a file that you can print out any time you need it. If you send out mail for a business or other venture, this class will help you, too.

PowerPoint presentations can be awful or great, it is up to you. If you have an upcoming
